Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
1 cup warm (not boiling) filtered water
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
1/2 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
Instructions
Heat water just enough to make it cozy—not too hot.
Stir in the pink salt until dissolved.
Add lemon and honey if desired.
Put into your favorite mug. Sip slowly, 30 minutes before bed.
