Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted pistachios, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
