Description

A delicious Pizza Burger that combines the flavors of pizza and burgers in a fun, family-friendly meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices cheese (mozzarella or your choice)
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • Toppings: pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, olives, etc.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 4 patties.
  3. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. In the final minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover to melt.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
  6. Assemble the burgers by spreading pizza sauce on the bottom bun, adding the cheese-topped patty, and layering on desired toppings.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
