Description

Delicious Polish Egg Cutlets that come together in about 30 minutes, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Customize with leftover veggies for added flavor!


Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup oil (vegetable or olive)
  • Optional add-ins: chopped onions, bell peppers, shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Peel and mash the eggs in a mixing bowl until chunky.
  2. Mix in the breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper, along with any optional seasonings.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties, about palm-sized.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Fry each patty until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Serve hot, optionally with a dipping sauce.
