Ingredients

- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup oil (vegetable or olive)
- Optional add-ins: chopped onions, bell peppers, shredded cheese
Instructions
- Peel and mash the eggs in a mixing bowl until chunky.
- Mix in the breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper, along with any optional seasonings.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about palm-sized.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Fry each patty until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve hot, optionally with a dipping sauce.
