Description

This deliciously easy Gordon Ramsay Pork Chop Recipe comes together in about 30 minutes and uses just one skillet for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium pork chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 60g melted butter
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 15ml extra virgin olive oil
  • Lemon juice or zest (optional)
  • Sliced onions (optional)
  • Various leftover veggies (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt the butter and mix with minced garlic, thyme, and lemon juice.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the pork chops for about 2 minutes per side.
  5. Baste the chops with the butter-garlic mixture.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-14 minutes until the internal temperature hits 145°F.
  7. Let the pork chops rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Spoon some leftover butter mixture over the top before serving.

Notes

Serve with creamy mashed potatoes, steamed green beans, or rice for a complete meal.
