- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 8 oz fresh burrata cheese
- 4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
- 2 tbsp high-quality honey
- 1 cup fresh arugula
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough until it’s about 12 inches wide.
- Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone. Drizzle some olive oil over the surface and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Tear pieces of burrata cheese evenly across the dough.
- Lay slices of prosciutto on top of the cheese.
- Slide the pizza into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Once removed from the oven, drizzle honey over the pizza and scatter fresh arugula on top before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
