These creamy vanilla protein popsicles are a refreshing, high-protein treat made with simple ingredients like Greek yogurt, banana, and protein powder—perfect for summer snacks or post-workout recovery.
Ingredients
1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 banana
1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk)
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Put mixture into popsicle molds. Insert sticks.
Freeze for 4–6 hours or overnight until fully set.
Run warm water over molds to release popsicles easily.
