Description

These creamy vanilla protein popsicles are a refreshing, high-protein treat made with simple ingredients like Greek yogurt, banana, and protein powder—perfect for summer snacks or post-workout recovery.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk)

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.

  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

  • Put mixture into popsicle molds. Insert sticks.

  • Freeze for 4–6 hours or overnight until fully set.

 

  • Run warm water over molds to release popsicles easily.
