Description

A quick and easy refreshing drink packed with health benefits, perfect for hydration and weight loss.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a glass, combine 1 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and a couple pinches of pink Himalayan salt.
  2. Stir until the salt is dissolved.
  3. If desired, add 1 tablespoon of honey for sweetness.
  4. Stir everything well and enjoy it chilled over ice or at room temperature.

Notes

Serve with lemon slices or mint leaves for garnish. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
