Ingredients

  • 45 medium apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1012 rice paper sheets
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Optional: vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the apple slices with cinnamon, sugar, and lemon juice.
  3. Soak each rice paper sheet in warm water until pliable (about 10-15 seconds).
  4. Layer the soaked rice paper in a greased baking dish.
  5. Add a portion of the apple mixture on top.
  6. Cover with more soaked rice paper and brush tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Notes
