- 4–5 medium apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 10–12 rice paper sheets
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Optional: vanilla ice cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the apple slices with cinnamon, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Soak each rice paper sheet in warm water until pliable (about 10-15 seconds).
- Layer the soaked rice paper in a greased baking dish.
- Add a portion of the apple mixture on top.
- Cover with more soaked rice paper and brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Notes
