- 6 rice paper sheets
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Soften each rice paper sheet into the warm water for about 15-20 seconds until pliable.
- Mix the egg and Greek yogurt in a small bowl until smooth.
- Spread a thin layer of the egg-yogurt mixture over each softened rice paper.
- Roll each rice paper sheet into a log, pinching the ends to form a bagel shape.
- Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning generously on top of your bagels.
- Bake for about 12 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before slicing and enjoy with your favorite spreads!
Notes
These bagels store well in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days. For reheating, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes until warmed through.
