Description

A delightful and quick meal that comes together in about 30 minutes. Perfect for a busy weeknight and fully customizable!


Ingredients

  • 6 rice paper sheets
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Soften each rice paper sheet into the warm water for about 15-20 seconds until pliable.
  3. Mix the egg and Greek yogurt in a small bowl until smooth.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the egg-yogurt mixture over each softened rice paper.
  5. Roll each rice paper sheet into a log, pinching the ends to form a bagel shape.
  6. Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning generously on top of your bagels.
  7. Bake for about 12 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before slicing and enjoy with your favorite spreads!

Notes

These bagels store well in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days. For reheating, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes until warmed through.
