Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into circles for the tartlet molds.
- Place the pastry into the molds and prick the bottoms with a fork.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Melt butter in a skillet, add sliced pears, brown sugar, and cinnamon, and cook until caramelized (5-7 minutes).
- Fill baked pastry shells with mascarpone mixture and top with caramelized pears.
