Description
A rich and creamy buttercream that’s quick to prepare and perfect for cakes, cupcakes, or as a fruit dip.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 2–3 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
- 1–2 tbsp instant coffee or espresso powder (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and sweetened condensed milk. Beat on medium speed for 5-7 minutes until fluffy and light, scraping down the sides occasionally.
- If desired, add optional flavorings like vanilla extract or cocoa powder and mix on low speed for another minute.
- Use the buttercream immediately or store it in an airtight container in the fridge. Before using, whip it again for one minute to restore its fluffiness.
- Spread generously over cakes or cupcakes, or use as a dip for fresh fruits.
Notes
Can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or frozen for up to 3 months. Allow to thaw in the fridge before re-whipping.
