Description

A guilt-free snack made with protein powder, oats, and chocolate chips, ready in just 15 minutes without any baking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup Shredded Coconut (unsweetened)
  • ¼ cup Nut Butter (Almond or Peanut Butter)
  • ¼ cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Chocolate Chips
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Chocolate Drizzle (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the protein powder, rolled oats, and shredded coconut. Whisk to ensure everything is evenly distributed.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients: In another bowl, mix together the nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Blend it all together: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined, forming a dough-like consistency.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Roll them up: Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter), yielding around 20 balls.
  6. Drizzle time: Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. If using, melt chocolate and drizzle over the balls.
  7. Refrigerate: Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes to firm up before enjoying.
