Description

This comforting Shawarma Chicken And Rice comes together in 30 minutes in one pot! A quick and easy meal that your family will love. Enjoy tons of flavor!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp shawarma spice blend
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup tahini sauce (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken slices with olive oil, shawarma spice blend, garlic powder, paprika, and salt and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Serve the chicken over a generous bed of cooked rice.
  4. Top with sliced cucumbers, diced tomatoes, and drizzle with tahini sauce if using.
  5. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for garnish.
