- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp shawarma spice blend
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup tahini sauce (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken slices with olive oil, shawarma spice blend, garlic powder, paprika, and salt and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
