A refreshing fruit salad that comes together in about 20 minutes and requires no baking, perfect for summer days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 bananas, chopped into rounds
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and chop the strawberries and bananas.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, bananas, and blueberries, stirring gently.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the fruit and add lime juice if desired.
- Mix everything gently until fully coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 2-3 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, break into pieces and serve.
