Description

A refreshing fruit salad that comes together in about 20 minutes and requires no baking, perfect for summer days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 bananas, chopped into rounds
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the strawberries and bananas.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, bananas, and blueberries, stirring gently.
  3. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the fruit and add lime juice if desired.
  4. Mix everything gently until fully coated.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 2-3 hours or until solid.
  6. Once frozen, break into pieces and serve.
