Instructions
- Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix the pineapple chunks, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the pork is tender.
- Shred the pork with two forks and mix it with the sauce.
