Description

These quick and easy smoked salmon croissant sandwiches are a delicious no-cook lunch idea, perfect for busy nights or leisurely brunches.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 croissants
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  2. Spread the cream cheese evenly on both halves of each croissant.
