- 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme (Optional; can try rosemary instead)
- 12 pieces Skewers or Toothpicks (For serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- While the oven is heating, cut the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces and chop the cheese into cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sausage pieces, cranberry sauce, cheese cubes, olive oil, thyme, and a couple pinches of salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Serve hot using skewers or toothpicks.
