Description

Quick and easy sheet pan dish featuring smoked sausage, cranberry sauce, and cheese, perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Smoked Sausage (Can substitute with turkey sausage)
  • 1 cup Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
  • 8 ounces White Cheddar Cheese (Substitution possible with Monterey Jack)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (Can be substituted with melted butter)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme (Optional; can try rosemary instead)
  • 12 pieces Skewers or Toothpicks (For serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. While the oven is heating, cut the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces and chop the cheese into cubes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sausage pieces, cranberry sauce, cheese cubes, olive oil, thyme, and a couple pinches of salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  5. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  6. Serve hot using skewers or toothpicks.
