Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or your favorite)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil (for brushing)
  • Optional toppings (herbs or extra cheese)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. Combine the sourdough starter, flour, shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and cut into sticks.
  4. Place on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle optional toppings if desired.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
