A quick and easy snack recipe that combines spinach, artichokes, and cheese in crispy wonton cups, perfect for gatherings.

- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Lightly grease a muffin tin and place a wonton wrapper in each cup, pressing them into shape.
- Fill each wonton cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
- Brush the edges of the wonton wrappers lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm for the best taste. Not freezer-friendly as the wrappers can become soggy when thawed.
