Description

A quick and easy snack recipe that combines spinach, artichokes, and cheese in crispy wonton cups, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Lightly grease a muffin tin and place a wonton wrapper in each cup, pressing them into shape.
  4. Fill each wonton cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  5. Brush the edges of the wonton wrappers lightly with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm for the best taste. Not freezer-friendly as the wrappers can become soggy when thawed.
