- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup queso cheese
- Chopped cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Season your steak with salt, pepper, paprika, and ground cumin.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
- Add cooked rice to the same skillet and stir for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the queso cheese and stir until melted and well combined.
- Serve the creamy queso rice topped with sliced steak and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro.
