- 1 lb beef (sliced thinly)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions for 3-5 minutes, then drain and set them aside.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, and cornstarch until well combined.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the vegetable oil and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned and cooked through.
- Pour in the sauce mixture and bring to a simmer, cooking for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked rice noodles to the skillet, stirring until well coated in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
