- 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or cauliflower)
- 500g chicken breasts, diced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger together to make the sauce.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the diced chicken, cooking until brown and cooked through (about 7-10 minutes).
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and cook for a few more minutes, stirring frequently until the chicken is coated.
- Serve the sticky chicken over cooked rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For an extra flavor boost, marinate the chicken in the sauce for about 30 minutes before cooking. Feel free to customize with veggies or different proteins.
