Description

Delicious no-bake Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls, perfect for a quick snack or treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, pureed
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup protein powder (vanilla or strawberry flavor)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chopped strawberries (for mixing in)

Instructions

  1. Mix the pureed strawberries and softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and creamy—about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add in the protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until combined, about 2 more minutes.
  3. Incorporate the graham cracker crumbs and chopped strawberries. Carefully mix until everything is just combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Enjoy the guilt-free sweetness of your Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls!
