- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
- Mix the pureed strawberries and softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and creamy—about 2-3 minutes.
- Add in the protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until combined, about 2 more minutes.
- Incorporate the graham cracker crumbs and chopped strawberries. Carefully mix until everything is just combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
