Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream, whipped
  • 1 cup Strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup Crushed Cookies (e.g., graham crackers or Oreos)
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and combine crushed cookies and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into taco shell forms and bake for about 10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until airy.
