- 1/4 cup Melted Butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and combine crushed cookies and melted butter in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into taco shell forms and bake for about 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until airy.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling into the taco shells.
- Top with extra strawberries and crushed cookie mixture.
- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use yogurt instead of cream cheese for a lighter version. Swap chocolate cookies for a different flavor profile.
