Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup granola (optional)
- 1/4 cup nuts or seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
- Top with sliced strawberries, granola, nuts, or seeds as desired.
- Freeze for about 240 minutes or until firm.
- Once frozen, break into pieces and enjoy your strawberry yogurt bark!
Notes
Store leftovers in the freezer for up to one month. Individual pieces can be frozen for easy snacking.
