Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey (or maple syrup), soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they’re evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the coated cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet. Optionally line it with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
