- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey (or maple syrup), soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they’re evenly coated.
- Arrange the coated cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet. Optionally line it with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
