Instructions
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather everything on your countertop to make the assembly process smooth and fast.
- Soak the Rice Paper: Fill a shallow bowl with warm water and soak each rice paper wrapper for about 10-15 seconds until pliable.
- Lay It Out: Place the softened rice paper on a flat surface.
