Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream and milk over medium heat. Stir gently until well blended (about 2 minutes).
- Stir in the toasted marshmallow syrup and vanilla extract, mixing to incorporate all flavors.
- If desired, add the sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- Transfer to a container and refrigerate until ready to use.
