Description

A quick and easy homemade creamer with a rich toasted marshmallow flavor, perfect for enhancing your morning coffee or hot chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup toasted marshmallow syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar (optional)
  • A pinch of sea salt (optional)
  • A sprinkle of cocoa powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream and milk over medium heat. Stir gently until well blended (about 2 minutes).
  2. Stir in the toasted marshmallow syrup and vanilla extract, mixing to incorporate all flavors.
  3. If desired, add the sugar and stir until dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  5. Transfer to a container and refrigerate until ready to use.
