- 1 can Coconut Milk
- 2 tablespoons Red Thai Curry
- 3 tablespoons Soyaki
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 handfuls Spinach
- 1 bag Frozen Chicken Dumplings
- 1 tablespoon Chili Oil Crunch
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the coconut milk over medium-high until bubbling (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add red Thai curry and soyaki, stirring frequently for 1 minute.
- Add minced garlic and stir constantly for another minute until fragrant.
- Add spinach and stir until wilted (2-3 minutes).
- Add frozen dumplings and stir to coat. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in a splash of water, cover, and reduce heat to medium-low, simmering for 10-12 minutes.
- Drizzle chili oil crunch on top before serving.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Customize with any leftover vegetables or proteins you have on hand. For best results, serve with crusty bread or a salad.
