A quick and easy Turkish Meatballs recipe that comes together in just one skillet for a delicious weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef or lamb
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, cumin, paprika, and a couple of pinches of salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small oval patties, about the size of a golf ball.
- Heat a splash of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Carefully place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
These meatballs are versatile and can be made with various ground meats or herbs. They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
