Description

Ingredients

  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, cabbage, or your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small knob ginger, grated
  • Water for sealing
  • Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)

Instructions

  1. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until pliable, about 20-30 seconds.
  2. Prepare the vegetable mixture by combining chopped veggies, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  3. Assemble the dumplings by placing a spoonful of the vegetable mixture on each wrapper and sealing edges with water.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, until shimmering.
  5. Fry dumplings in hot oil until golden brown and crispy on both sides (3-5 minutes per side).
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes
