Description

A creamy, cozy cup of whipped honey coffee that blends smooth instant coffee, naturally sweet whipped honey, and warm milk. This comfort-filled drink is perfect for slow mornings or relaxing afternoons.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp instant coffee (or espresso powder)

  • 1 tbsp hot water

  • 2 tsp whipped honey

  • 3/4 cup milk (any kind, warm)

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • Pinch of cinnamon or sea salt (optional)

  • Whipped cream or frothed milk for topping (optional)


Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together instant coffee, hot water, and whipped honey until dissolved and slightly frothy.

  • Heat the milk gently (on the stovetop or microwave) until warm but not boiling.

  • Pour the warm milk into your favorite mug. Stir in the coffee-honey mixture and vanilla extract (if using).

Notes
