Ingredients

- 4 cups green grapes (cleaned)
- 1 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener (granulated)
- 2 limes (juiced)
- 2–3 tsp citric acid (optional)
Instructions
- Cover a large baking dish with parchment paper.
- Clean the grapes by rinsing them under cold water and drying them.
- Place the clean grapes in a bowl and add the lime juice, stirring to coat.
- Let the grapes chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
- Mix the Monk Fruit sweetener and citric acid in a separate bowl.
- Roll each grape in the Monk Fruit mixture to coat.
- Transfer the coated grapes to the baking dish in a single layer.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours until solid.
- Enjoy your frozen candied grapes as a healthy snack!
