Description

This refreshing no-bake treat is made with just 3 ingredients and perfect for hot summer days!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups green grapes (cleaned)
  • 1 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener (granulated)
  • 2 limes (juiced)
  • 23 tsp citric acid (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cover a large baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Clean the grapes by rinsing them under cold water and drying them.
  3. Place the clean grapes in a bowl and add the lime juice, stirring to coat.
  4. Let the grapes chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
  5. Mix the Monk Fruit sweetener and citric acid in a separate bowl.
  6. Roll each grape in the Monk Fruit mixture to coat.
  7. Transfer the coated grapes to the baking dish in a single layer.
  8. Freeze for 2-3 hours until solid.
  9. Enjoy your frozen candied grapes as a healthy snack!
