A delightful Baked Chicken Parmesan that comes together in about 30 minutes, perfect for a quick weeknight meal!
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over each chicken breast until well-coated, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the coated chicken breasts on it.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and top each piece with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Return to the oven for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
