Description

A delightful Baked Chicken Parmesan that comes together in about 30 minutes, perfect for a quick weeknight meal!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over each chicken breast until well-coated, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the coated chicken breasts on it.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and top each piece with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
