Ingredients

  • 1 cup banana pepper rings (jarred or fresh)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Cook the chicken pieces, seasoning with salt and pepper, until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Add the banana pepper rings and cook for another 2-3 minutes until softened.
