- 1 pound salmon fillets
- Taco shells or soft corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 tablespoons sriracha
- Shredded cabbage
- Lime
- Fresh cilantro
- Avocado (optional)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place the seasoned salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
- Flake the cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- Warm the taco shells in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
- Assemble the tacos with salmon, cabbage, Bang Bang sauce, cilantro, and avocado.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the tacos before serving.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
