- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with oil or cooking spray.
- Pat the pork chops dry and season with salt and black pepper.
- Mix together mayonnaise, minced garlic, ranch seasoning mix, and shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl.
- Spread the cheesy ranch mixture over the top of each pork chop.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the chops rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
These pork chops go great with creamy mashed potatoes or roasted veggies. You can also add extra ranch dressing or garlic bread on the side.
