This incredibly delicious Cheddar Ranch Pork Chops recipe is a quick and easy weeknight dinner that your family will love!


Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with oil or cooking spray.
  2. Pat the pork chops dry and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Mix together mayonnaise, minced garlic, ranch seasoning mix, and shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl.
  4. Spread the cheesy ranch mixture over the top of each pork chop.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let the chops rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
