Description

A quick and easy recipe for Classic Grilled Bang Bang Shrimp that your family will love, made in about 30 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
  2. Mix the Bang Bang Sauce by combining mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a medium bowl. Set aside half for dipping later.
  3. Coat the shrimp with half of the Bang Bang sauce until evenly covered.
  4. Skewer the shrimp on skewers, leaving space between each, or grill directly on the rack if in a hurry.
  5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque and grill marks appear.
  6. Serve the shrimp on a platter with the remaining Bang Bang sauce drizzled on top or on the side for dipping.

Notes

Serve with steamed jasmine rice or in tortilla wraps with crunchy slaw. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
