Description

A refreshing coconut limeade that comes together in about 10 minutes—perfect for the whole family!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend the mixture: In your blender, combine the coconut milk, fresh lime juice, sugar, and cold water. Blend for about 1-2 minutes until everything is well mixed and the sugar dissolves.
  2. Taste and adjust: Give your limeade a taste! If you’d like it sweeter, add a little more sugar, and if it’s too sweet, throw in a pinch of salt. Blend briefly before proceeding.
  3. Serve and garnish: Fill your favorite glass with ice cubes and pour the coconut limeade over them. Top with a slice of lime.

Notes

This limeade can also be frozen into popsicles for a fun twist and is best served cold.
