A refreshing coconut limeade that comes together in about 10 minutes—perfect for the whole family!
Ingredients

- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup cold water
- Ice cubes
- Lime slices for garnish
Instructions
- Blend the mixture: In your blender, combine the coconut milk, fresh lime juice, sugar, and cold water. Blend for about 1-2 minutes until everything is well mixed and the sugar dissolves.
- Taste and adjust: Give your limeade a taste! If you’d like it sweeter, add a little more sugar, and if it’s too sweet, throw in a pinch of salt. Blend briefly before proceeding.
- Serve and garnish: Fill your favorite glass with ice cubes and pour the coconut limeade over them. Top with a slice of lime.
Notes
This limeade can also be frozen into popsicles for a fun twist and is best served cold.
