- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
- Add in the Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and lemon juice, stirring until mixed.
- Fold in the lump crab meat and half of the shredded cheese gently.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden brown.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy warm!
Notes
Best served with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh veggies. Dip is make-ahead friendly and can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
