A quick and easy cranberry chicken salad that comes together in about 15 minutes, perfect for a delicious no-cook meal.

- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup celery, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, mayonnaise, and Greek yogurt in a large bowl. Stir until you have a creamy mixture.
- Toss in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans, stirring until well coated.
- Add the diced celery and mix again. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve on whole-grain bread, atop crackers, or enjoy straight from the bowl.
Notes
Keeps well in the fridge for 3-4 days. Served cold, but can warm the chicken if preferred.
