This delicious Tangy & Creamy Dill Pickle Pasta Salad is quick, easy, and bursting with flavor, making it a family favorite for busy weeknight dinners!


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. Combine the cooled pasta, diced dill pickles, and cubed cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
