Description

A quick and easy French Dip Sliders recipe that your family will love, made in just about 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • Slider buns (Hawaiian rolls recommended)
  • Roast beef (deli slices or leftover)
  • Caramelized onions
  • Cheese (Provolone or Swiss, optional)
  • Au jus for dipping
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter (for toasting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the onions in butter until golden brown and translucent, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Prepare the slider buns by slicing them in half and placing the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  4. Layer the roast beef, caramelized onions, and cheese on the buns before placing the top halves on.
  5. Bake covered with foil for about 10-15 minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve warm with au jus for dipping.
