Ingredients

- 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup granola
- 2–3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare your baking dish by lining a 9×13-inch baking dish or a rimmed sheet tray with parchment paper.
- Mix the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the yogurt mixture onto your prepared baking sheet evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Layer the sliced strawberries, blueberries, granola, coconut flakes, and chocolate chips evenly over the top.
- Freeze the baking sheet for at least 3 hours or until the yogurt is firm to the touch.
- Break the yogurt bark into fun, snackable pieces.
Notes
Feel free to customize with different fruits, nut butters, or flavored yogurt. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for 2-3 weeks.
