Description

A delightful, no-bake frozen yogurt treat perfect for busy families, customizable with various toppings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 23 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare your baking dish by lining a 9×13-inch baking dish or a rimmed sheet tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture onto your prepared baking sheet evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Layer the sliced strawberries, blueberries, granola, coconut flakes, and chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  5. Freeze the baking sheet for at least 3 hours or until the yogurt is firm to the touch.
  6. Break the yogurt bark into fun, snackable pieces.

Notes
