Description

A flavorful meatballs recipe that comes together in about 30 minutes for a quick and easy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Pinches of salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, and beaten egg.
  2. Add minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper, then mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Brown the meatballs in the skillet for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Serve and enjoy with your favorite marinara sauce or over pasta.
