- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 beaten egg
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- Pinches of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, and beaten egg.
- Add minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper, then mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the meatballs in the skillet for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve and enjoy with your favorite marinara sauce or over pasta.
