- 30-oz can fruit cocktail in juice
- 20-oz can pineapple chunks in juice
- 8-oz can mandarin orange slices
- 10-oz bag mini marshmallows
- 24-oz container of sour cream
- 1 box orange flavored gelatin
- Optional extras: diced bananas, apples, or shredded coconut
Instructions
- Drain the fruit by pouring all the fruit from the cans into a colander and letting it sit for about four hours to dry.
- Prepare the creamy base by combining sour cream and orange jello in a large mixing bowl and stirring until blended.
- Mix in the drained fruit and mini marshmallows into the creamy mixture, ensuring everything is coated well.
- Chill the salad in the fridge, covered with plastic wrap, for at least one hour.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
