Description

Delightfully fun homemade gummies made with fresh fruit juice and honey, perfect for a quick and easy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh fruit juice (apple, orange, or berry blends)
  • 24 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • Optional: Fruit chunks or zest for added flavor and texture

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the fresh fruit juice and honey over low heat until the honey dissolves (2-3 minutes).
  2. Sprinkle in the gelatin powder while whisking continuously for 3-5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool for about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into gummy molds or a shallow dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Carefully remove from molds or cut into squares once set.
