Description

Crispy homemade pita chips baked to perfection in just 10 minutes, perfect for snacking or pairing with dips.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pitas (cut into 8 triangles each)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • A couple pinches of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice each pita into 8 triangles.
  3. Place pita triangles on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper over the pita pieces.
  5. Toss to evenly coat all the pita triangles.
  6. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

These chips are customizable with various spices and can be stored in an airtight container for 3-5 days. Reheat in the oven to restore crispness.
