Ingredients

- 4 pitas (cut into 8 triangles each)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- A couple pinches of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Slice each pita into 8 triangles.
- Place pita triangles on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper over the pita pieces.
- Toss to evenly coat all the pita triangles.
- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
These chips are customizable with various spices and can be stored in an airtight container for 3-5 days. Reheat in the oven to restore crispness.
