A quick and easy weeknight dinner featuring honey garlic ground turkey that comes together in about 30 minutes in one pan.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 34 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • Optional Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering—about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Brown the ground turkey, adding salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-6 minutes until no longer pink.
  4. Create the sauce by mixing honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
  5. Combine the sauce with the turkey and simmer for about 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Add chopped green onions and cook for an additional minute.
  7. Serve warm over rice or noodles with extra garnishes as desired.
