A quick and easy weeknight dinner featuring honey garlic ground turkey that comes together in about 30 minutes in one pan.

- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 3–4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- Optional Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 stalks Green Onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp Neutral Oil (Canola or Avocado)
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering—about 1-2 minutes.
- Sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Brown the ground turkey, adding salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-6 minutes until no longer pink.
- Create the sauce by mixing honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Combine the sauce with the turkey and simmer for about 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Add chopped green onions and cook for an additional minute.
- Serve warm over rice or noodles with extra garnishes as desired.
